All orders are shipped via Royal Mail. Orders over £40 receive FREE shipping that takes 2-3 working days from dispatch. Alternately, the buyer can opt for 1st class (1-2 working days) or Next Day Delivery at a premium rate.
You will receive an email confirmation once dispatched along with a tracking reference per order so that you can track your parcel throughout its journey.
Any order before 2pm, we aim to dispatch on the day otherwise all other orders will be dispatched the next working day.
Our international deliveries are provided with ParcelForce. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times vary by country. We aim to deliver all orders within 3 to 6 working days for European countries. For specific areas and extra-EU countries the shipping fee is £15 for International Tracked & Signed. We are not able to provide destination country tax and duty charge if occurred. Payment of these import fees is the sole responsibility of the Client. Fit & Fly Sportswear does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. As per International Laws regulating Commerce and Trade of imports and exports ALL Fit & Fly Sportswear orders are shipped out of UK WITH AN OFFICIAL INVOICE declaring the exact total of merchandise purchased in Sterling. We do our best to ensure all of our customers have a happy shopping experience with Fit & Fly Sportswear however if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, you have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange. If this time has passed, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To submit a return request, please ensure the following:
- items must be unused, and in the same condition that you received it;
- items must be in the original packaging with original tags attached;
- returns must be sent in one shipment
To return/exchange an item(s) print and complete the Returns form, please clearly state the reason for return and whether you require a refund or exchange (specifying required size). To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and send it with your goods to:

Gift cards and grooming products are non-returnable.
We recommend that you return your items via registered post. Return postage is at your own cost and risk.
Please note, a full refund includes the total cost of the item and does not include shipping cost. If you have had free shipping, in case of any return and then refund we will keep the cost for shipping (according to the country).
Items on sale cannot be refunded. However, it is always possible to send back the product for a change of size or for the creation of a gift card, or a voucher of the corresponding amount to be used on our site.
You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation we may have a right of action against you for compensation.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- The item(s) is not in its original condition; damaged or missing parts for reason not due to our error.
- The item(s) were returned more than 30 days after the delivery.
If a refund or reimbursement is payable to you, we will transfer the money using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. If we cannot refund via the original payment then a gift card will be issued.
