Returns Policy
We do our best to ensure all of our customers have a great shopping experience with Fit & Fly Sportswear however if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, you have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange. If this time has passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To submit a return request, please ensure the following:
- items must be unused, and in the same condition that you received it;
- items must be in the original packaging with original tags attached;
- returns must be sent in one shipment
To return/exchange an item(s) print and complete the Returns form, please clearly state the reason for your return and whether you require a refund or exchange (specifying required size).

Gift cards and grooming products are non-returnable.
Please note, that a full refund includes the total cost of the item and does not include the shipping cost. If you have had free shipping, we will deduct the cost of shipping from your refund.
Items on sale can be refunded or exchanged. It is also possible to send back the product for a change of size or for the creation of a gift card, or a voucher of the corresponding amount to be used on our site.
You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation we may have a right of action against you for compensation.
If the item arrives damaged or faulty our Customer Service team will work with you to understand and resolve the issue. The item will be sent to our inspection team to assess whether it is a manufacturing fault. Based on the decision we will offer a refund or exchange. We do not offer any form of compensation for wear and tear.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- The item(s) is not in its original condition; damaged or missing parts for reason not due to our error.
- The item(s) were returned more than 30 days after the delivery.
If a refund or reimbursement is payable to you, we will transfer the money using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. If we cannot refund via the original payment then a gift card will be issued.
